The First 4 Weeks Training Guide

The first four weeks after graduating from Sales Academy are designed to build momentum, reinforce your training, and set you up for long-term success in the field. This guide provides a clear, step-by-step roadmap to follow each day, combining structured learning, role-playing, daily reflections, and one-on-one trainer support. By staying consistent with these activities, you’ll sharpen your skills, develop confidence, and establish the habits that will carry you forward in your career with Freedom Financial.

After Graduating from Sales Academy

Steps to be completed the Friday night after graduating from Sales Academy.

  • Reach out to your Field trainer and discuss how Sales Academy went.
  • Pull up the Team Resources LinkTree and save it to your Home Screen in your phone and iPad.
  • Scroll through and familiarize yourself with it, you will use it often.
  • Send a screenshot and voice memo to your Voxer Support Line letting your field trainers know you’ve reviewed the Team Resources LinkTree and saved it to your homescreen.
